Community outreachIn addition to our primary mission, we are more than happy to assist others wishing to undertake spay/release of ferals in their neighborhood or other campuses. We urge those who are feeding feral cats to, wherever possible, adopt the animals, and bring them inside or find responsible homes. At minimum, we urge that such animals be tested and sterilized. Please do not add to the suffering of homeless cats by feeding without sterilizing, or by feeding and then abandoning. We also urge cat owners to sterilize their pets and to keep them inside, or at least keep them contained with a cat-proof fence. Your cats will be safer and healthier (and live longer), and your neighbors will not be annoyed by roving pets. |
